How to Setup SNIPR Spotter Alerts

Spotter Alert: Creating Alert Times.

Step 1: Navigate to: Hotlists - Snipr Spotter Alert times. If you have purchased SNIPR Spotter but do not see this menu option, contact support@one-space.co.za

Step 2: Click the (Green) Create Tag Device Times button.

Step 3: Choose the camera you would like to setup alert times for.

Step 4: Click the green + button on the right.

Spotter Alert: Defining Alert Windows

  1. Select the green + (plus) button to add a new Tag Device Time Alert row.

  2. Use the Tag dropdown to choose the detection type the alert applies to (e.g. Person, Vehicle, Face).

  3. Set the Start Time to define when alerting should begin for this tag.

  4. Set the End Time to define when alerting should stop for this tag.

  5. Select the red – (minus) button to remove an alert time row.

  6. Select the Save button to apply your changes.
