A Single System Solution

OneAccess gives you complete power over your access control and visitor management by using the OneSpace Single System approach. Use appropriate weather protection equipment for any external reader installations. Please communicate with your OneSpace Sales Representative regarding any readers that will be situated outdoors, to ensure the procurement of suitable rainshields or specialized protective hardware.

Weather Protection

Fingerprint Biometrics are hardware brand specific. This means that you should only use one brand of fingerprint hardware on your site. Create your fingerprint biometrics using OneSpace Central together with your Hikvision Fingerprint Enroller or any of our supported Idemia fingerprint readers.

Brand-Specific Fingerprints

Facial Biometric creation has never been easier than with the OneSpace Connect App. Users can create their facial biometrics from the convenience of their phones. Administrators simply approve their access from OneSpace Central. Facial biometrics created by our apps work on all supported facial recognition hardware.

A OneSpace Distribution Server transfers Biometrics from the OneSpace Cloud into your Biometric Readers on site. It is strongly advised that your distribution server must remain powered on, connected to the internet, and on the same network as your biometric readers at all times. To ensure that all Biometrics are synced to your site in an expedient manner.
