Single Active Session Policy for SNIPR Accounts
Important Notice
Dear SNIPR Users,
We are implementing an important security and account protection enhancement to the SNIPR Online Platform.
Effective Thursday 22 January 2026, the SNIPR system will allow only one active login session per account at any given time.
This means:
You may only be logged in on one browser or device simultaneously
When you log in from a new browser or device, all existing sessions will be automatically logged out
This change helps:
Prevent unauthorised access
Protect your account in case of lost or stolen devices
Ensure better overall account security
What you should do if you already have a SNIPR account:
Simply log in as normal — the system will handle the rest automatically
If you use SNIPR on multiple devices, expect to be logged out of the previous device each time you sign in elsewhere
If you notice yourself being logged out when you haven't logged into a new browser, it may be worth changing your password to ensure your account is secure.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to users who regularly work across multiple devices. This measure significantly strengthens account security for everyone.
If you need your own SNIPR account (new users):
To gain full access to the SNIPR.Online Platform and related tools, follow these straightforward steps:
Download the OneSpace Patrol App from your preferred app store — your essential companion for receiving real-time alerts, managing hotlists, and staying connected to SNIPR systems on the go.
Create your 1iD — our secure, unified user identity system built for the OneSpace ecosystem. 1iD provides strong protection, smooth access across platforms, and centralised management of your profile and permissions for reliable, worry-free use.
Speak to your SNIPR Area Manager to get the Join Code for your area — they will supply the code required to connect your 1iD to the correct site or community, activating your complete SNIPR access.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
