OneChat

OneChat connects community WhatsApp groups to Central. Managers get a structured view of group activity, member visibility and prioritised conversations without having to live inside WhatsApp.

Related messages are grouped into Conversation Insights. Important themes, service issues and priority conversations are surfaced on the Intelligence dashboard. Group Members shows who is in each connected group, with automatic attempts to link members to people records in Central (including 1iD where matched).

OneChat currently includes a free beta that allows managers to create a prefilled incident-report draft directly from a conversation. This capability will later form part of OneChat Reporter.
