Expiry Reminders

Starting September 9th, OneSpace Connect users will be notified ahead of time when a resident's access to their site is about to expire.

Reminders are sent directly through the Connect App, beginning a week before the resident's access is due to stop working. As the cutoff date gets closer, reminders will continue to be sent, giving residents more visibility the nearer they get to losing access.

What this means for you: fewer surprised residents, and more opportunities for proactive engagement before access actually lapses.
