Stop Pulling the Same Incident Report by Hand

Central's Incident List now has an Export button with two options: Export Now for a quick one-off download, or Save & Schedule to turn your current view into a report that's automatically generated and emailed out on a repeating schedule.

Just remember — a scheduled report keeps using the same filters you had set when you saved it. So filter your list down first (by category, reporter, or responsible service) before you save, or it'll keep sending everything.

Past exports and scheduled reports are always easy to find again under Reporting → Reports.
